Guests are welcome to check-in from 01:00 PM onwards. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability and may also incur additional fees. Guests are encouraged to inform the front desk of any early check-in or late check-out requirements in advance.
We understand that plans can change. For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged the first night’s stay. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. The Tree Lodge maintains a strict non-smoking policy within all indoor areas, including guest rooms, to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building. A cleaning fee will be applied to the accounts of guests who smoke inside the rooms or any other non-designated areas.
